  Nice post office. Staff were friendly and helpful and my parcel and postcards were sent off without issue on this end!
  
  They do not have the manual paper to enter your information on for international post, only a QR code for you to complete on your phone. Was a bit fiddly - I didn’t individually weigh the items before I packed them!!
  
  Stupid system but obviously, no fault of this particular post office.

  I was very displeased yesterday between 10am and 11am when I tried to send a parcel by international courier to New Zealand. The staff kept on insisting to leave the box lid open, leaving the goods exposed in their shop on the counter. They would not close the lid of the box! The excuse the ladies at the counter gave me that it was part of DHL procedure otherwise it would not be sent!! It was like a threat. When I tried to close the lid, they opened it again! I've sent international courier many times before this year at other post shops and I've never heard of this silly rule. It made me feel insecure with my goods, like someone could steal items or tamper with in it!! When I rang DHL they said, closing the box lid was not a procedure at all, they said the lid could be closed and that was allowed, the parcel would still be sent. So these ladies got it wrong severely. However they aren't allowed to seal it with sticky tape until it is collected from the courier, who needs to do a security check on the goods. Regardless I ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time arguing with these ladies who seemed very rude, uninformed and wrongly insisting I could not close the lid. I did take a video recording of this incident but I won't post here due to legal reasons.

  Rude staff who assumed I knew how to post a particular item. First staff member processed my parcel lodgement but didn't tell me or the second staff member that she'd done so. Male second staff member was very abrupt. I usually go to Post Office Square but came here instead because it was closer to me. Post Office Square staff are much friendlier and helpful. I likely won't come to this post shop again.

  This post office is consistently the location of worst customer service anywhere. Staff are rude and unhelpful, they always seem to make everything much harder than necessary, queues can be terrible and slow and very rarely is it ever a pleasant experience to have to use this post office. I have to drop off parcels regularly, same ones that have been shipped with AusPost for over 15 years and yet they always question and measure and make drama for no reason. If it is an LPO, they should have their license revoked and given to someone who wants to run a professional, friendly business giving city customers the level of service that should be expected at a AusPost outlet. If it is an AusPost run shop, virtually all staff should be immediately replaced or retrained and given a grace period to improve their extremely unacceptable attitude to customers or else be replaced.
  
  I do not like making negative reviews but after once again a completely inappropriate level of service this morning, where the queue was long and slow, customers were treated terribly highlighted with as an example a poor German couple in front of me spoken to so poorly and with such disgusting service, it is unacceptable

  Extremely rude staff who simply do not want or care to help, just so they can keep standing around talking to each other.
