The day of the release went better than I could have ever anticipated where everything was explained thoroughly and our baby was treated with respect and great care. The procedure itself (tongue & lip) took less time than it took me to prepare to feed him on return!!
We were unable to get to the clinic before he was 3 weeks old and the pre and post op follow up calls were fantastic. I can't recommend the staff at the front desk highly enough for their kindness and genuine care, especially Amy. They were all so calm, patience and reassuring from the very first phone call
Feeding a tongue tied baby for 3 weeks is no picnic and I won't deny that it was a very hard time, but our experience with Enhance was definitely the easy part.
Our son is now 3 months old and it's like there was never a problem. He's healthy, happy & content and the only feeding issues we have now are that he's so easily distracted & nosy :D
