- Kirsty Stone Added May 10, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give them 0 hours stars I would.. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. The unproffesionalism is mind boggling. They make up the rules (which change from phone call to phone call) as they go to ensure you are unable to access payments you are legitimately entitled to. Their doctors, that never clap eyes on you, somehow superseded the medical opinion of your own specialists that treat you. Do yourself a favor and make sure that you never use sunsuper for your super fund.

The lady I spoke with (either Esme or Renee with a delightful accent) was so kind and went beyond all expectations of a staff member. I felt valued and respected at a time when things were not going so well for me. The understanding and help I received made a real difference to me please pass on my thanks.

I have been trying (at lease twice yearly) to get them to stop making deductions (Death Insurance & Total Permant Disability Assist) which I did not authorise from my account since 2017. In just a year I had an account reduced by over $6000. I got one of their CSAs to confirm that the last time I called was in June and also confirmed it was for the same issue. He put in a complaint and I have since not heard from them. I will be back to repost a review (give everyone an update) until all my money is refunded. Before you go for them just take a look at the charges/deductions in the attached photos and if you look closely in the same month they charge the same fees more than once some times 3 to 4 times. I would honestly give them no stars if I could.
